Enables PTP configuration in free-running mode. When set to true, the boundary clock can start serving PTP downstream even before it locks to an upstream master. When set to false, the clock will not start serving PTP downstream before it has successfully locked to an upstream master.
NOTE: We are using the same format as jq to specify the path to the key.
